Insurance refuses to pay for an accident
I recently got into an aoutomobile accident,and the car was my mothers, they said i was not covered there for the accident was covered ,but my mother called up the agent six months ago to put me on and she said she will.so now what do i do?

This could be an instance of agent malpractice. You should consult an attorney.
