Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I was isues a parking ticket as Midway airport, for parking in the loading znoe, dispite the fact that i was in the car and able to move at any moment.
however, there are a few errors in the ticket, and i am wording that if fought in court, the chances of a dismissial. list of errors below:
1. In the section marked for licence plate number, the first number is both a 7 and 0, leading to ask which number is correct.
2. The plates are marked as being from Ohio, while the plate is reg in IL, along with the car
3. The car VIN number was not recorded.
4. The car is identifed as a Subaru AWD, the model is incorrect as it is a Subaru Forester
Besides this, while int he car, there was no verbal warning given, the driver had to ask the officer what was happening, and was gievn a half understood esplination, had the driver left, the ticket wouldn't have been completed and the ticket nevr received.
what si the best advice.
