Lady crashes into my car - insurance giving me hell

Feb 17 I got into a car accident. The other vehicle tryed to turn the wrong way onto a one way street, hit my car. No doubt she is at fault. Her insurance is still giving me the run-around about liability. My car is in the shop, I am borrowing my father's car to get back and forth to work. I have a 2 year old son, I'm a single mother, and I need a car. Me and my passenger had minor injuries, me with neck and her with hand and arm injuries. I only missed 1 1/2 day work. What all can I sue them for? I want every penny I can get, they are causing SO MUCH hassle and stress for me. I'm on the verge of an emotion breakdown from the stress ... I don't have an attorney yet, should I for sure get one?? Would it even be worth it? HELP!!
