Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Am I lible if my daughter is sued in connection with auto insurance if I am paying her bill? The vehicle is in her name and the insurance policy is in her name, the garaged address is her address. The billing address is my address and I pay the bill.

no. if the insurance company did not sell her the insurance policy in reliance on a promise from you to pay, there should not be any basis for you being held liable. good luck.
