when i go to court in illinois if i don't have the money to pay my two tickets will my licneses be susspended untill i pay the full amount

If you advise the judge of your problem, the judge is likely to give you a reasonable amount of time to be able to pay the tickets. If you do not pay within that time your license is likely to be suspended, but if you go back to court on the date for payment and have a good reason for failing to pay, the judge may extend your time to pay.
