Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
License Suspension and Points
I received a speeding ticket in Cook County,December 2005, paid the required fees and attended traffic safety school. I received another speeding ticket in Cook COunty, May 2005 and am in the process of awaiting confirmation for traffic safety school that I have been told will be eight hours. My first question: Will my second round of traffic school reduce my points and/or clear the tickets from my record so my insurance premium does not rise?
I unfortunately received ANOTHER ticket a few days ago in Moline, IL. I am wondering if my license is now suspended, if I should just plead guilty and pay the fine, or hire an attorney and attend the court hearing? How much of a percentage will my insurance premium rise after all of this? I am over 21. Thanks in advance for your help.

Did you get court supervision for any of the Cook County matters?
