Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I live in Carol Stream, IL. The city has a law regarding curfew for students. It permits students to travel from "religious related activities." My conflict is that the IL state driving laws does not include this exception. If one of my high school students gets pulled over after coming home from a church event, would he be breaking the law?

I practice in Du Page County. You are asking to look into a crystal ball, but nothing would surprise me.
