Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I Live in Illinois and was in an accident last night. Basically I got a a ticket for not yielding the right away because a guy who I did not see tried to blow a red light and we collided. On my ticket I have an individual bond with no court appearance necessary. The ticket was written out to me and on the ticket it said the defendants car information, and the info was that of the other car in the car, not mine. Since he wrote down the wrong information and had nothing written down about my car, should I take this to court just to get the traffic ticket thrown out?

Go to court. You may be able to get the ticket thrown out or get supervision.
