Officer Notes
Do i have the right to obtain officer notes on a speeding ticket for a bench trial? If so from whom or where? Will this be any help in my defense?

Yes, you can obtain a copy. You can ask the judge for "Schmidt" discovery. Since I don't have a crystal ball, I could not tell whether the officer's notes would be helpful to you.
