Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Outstanding Warrant
I need to renew my Illinois ID Card. Can I get Arrested for outstanding warrants at the DMV for Traffic and DUI Violations?
Also, is there a statute of limitations on traffic or DUI warrants?

Re: Outstanding Warrant
I think you had better hire a lawyer to file a motion to quash the warrant(s). GOOD LUCK!
P.S. This is easier while you are free as opposed to trying to get this done while in a jail cell.
