passing the school bus with lights on
HI, I am ziggy i am 40. I have cean driving reacord , at least i had until yesterday. I was driving in opposite direction of the school bus and I stopped for a while waiting for the kids to pass the road. There were no more children on the road Since i was blinded by the sun did not see lights on the bus no more and moved the vehicle forword and noticed that the lights were still on but I was on the crossing i involuntarily passed the bus. i passed very slowly but the bus was displaying signals. I am scared what will follows i really am because illinois has 3 monts suspenssion for the first time offence like this. I am not sure if the driver will report me , i know that he saw all situation very clearly , however.

If you did not get a ticket on scene, you will no get a ticket. My advice is to not worry about it.
