Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
passing stopped school bus at school
officer called a few days ago and said that a bus driver said that i had passed her in town by a school whe she had loading arm out i do not believe i did .now four days later he wants me come to station to write me a ticket for passing a stopped school bus on her word? how should i proceed?

You should not proceed in this matter without a lawyer, as the penalties include a potential suspension of your driving privileges and a substantial minimum fine. Because of the potential penalties this is much more serious than the general traffic ticket.
