Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I plead out to PSMV and did my time, under illinois law when convicted of PSMV my drivers license are revoked. I met with a state of ill. hearing officer and was instructed to send a letter to springfield ill. to find out what is required of me to lift the revokation. Springfields response was get inpatience treatment. Is there any way you could explain why when I have never been charged or ticketed for DUI.
