Posted Speed Limit Signs
can a traffic police use radar gun on road were there is no speed limit sings stating speed limit?

Yes....but the absence of
a sign advising you of
the speed limit might be a
good defense.

Police can use radar guns on roads that do not have posted limits. You are supposed to know the speed limit on unposted roads; the speed limits are in the statutes. This information is in the "Rules of the Road" book that you studied to get your driver's license. Therefore, not posting a speed limit sign on a road is no defense.
