Proving the system wrong!

My question is how do i clear up tickets that i didnt receive becase i was living and working at the time of the issue in anoyher city and the thing is how can i deal with this matter with out going to the other city because i cant afford to go back and forth to court!

Hello and thank you for your

question. You have to be

very careful with this situation, because you do not

want your driver's license

suspended on account of unpaid

tickets, and that does happen.

You can either pay what is due, or you can seek to get

a print out of all tickets.

If they are parking tickets,

it will be very hard to challenge. On the other hand,

moving violations where a fine

is entered against you can

be set aside, if the right motion is filed, and the court

has the authority to grant a

trial. However, this is not

an easy process and you should

have a lawyer to do this for

you.
