In most courts a judgment will be entered against you, you will have a conviction, the Secretary of State will take action against your license, and your insurance company might cancel you. Hire an attorney to try to have the Judgment set aside, and you might get a second chance. I've handled many such problems throughout Illinois. You should feel free to contact me directly.
