Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
i was pulled over in Illinois for speeding, without a license.(I have insurance) i got a speeding ticket along with court... now at court they said i might have to pay a fine, and possible jail time.. so far i keep getting continuances. what could i do to fight it. and what are the possibilities to get out of it with maybe paying fine or no jail time?

If I were in your situation, even though I am a licensed attorney and practice throughout the state of Illinois as well as Missouri, I would hire an attorney.
