Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I was pulled over for speeding, didnt have proof of insurance w me but i have insurance... the next day i went to show them my insurance card and they told me there was a 20$ dismissal fee... How am i being charged $ to get dismissed from a crime i didnt commit?

Driving without proof of insurance is a crime in itself.
The court views you as wasting the courts time.
$20 is a slap on the wrist...
