I received a ticket in chicago for walking around a railroad crossing. What am i looking at if I go to court. Is this a moving violation that will go on my driving record?

If you were walking, I don't see how this would be a moving violation, but I'd recommend consulting with a Chicago attorney that deals with these types of tickets regularly.
