Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I rear-ended an SUV in Dec 09. The damage was a few scratches and a small dent. Can I plead "not-guilty" if the lady is not present in court? I have a prior DUI supervision, I completed the requirements for which satisfactorily.

You can plea not guilty, but you be found guilty if the state has enough other evidence.
