Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I receive a careless driving ticket, am I better off paying it or trying to get it reduced to a class or a lower offense?
I had people in the bed of my truck and got pulled over. He gave me a ticket and everyone else a ticket for unlawful riding. This is my first offense ever so I was curious whether I could get it knocked down to just taking a class and having it dismissed.
Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
