Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I just received a ticket for failure to reduce speed/too fast for conditions. I lost control of my car and it ended up in the ditch. A police officer showed up while me and a tow truck were pulling out my car. She wasn't there while I was driving not were there any witnesses... Will this ticket be thrown out in court without a witness?

It depends. What courthouse are you at? What law enforcement agency and other factors.
