Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I have received two tickets on a suspended license. I didn't know at the time that my license was suspended, one of the tickets was for failure to stop at a stop sign and the other was driving on a suspended license. As I said I didn't know it was suspended so i was wondering if me and the prosecutor could work something out so I wouldn't have a conviction on my record?

The state's attorney may, or may not, offer you a plea bargain to avoid a conviction. It is much more likely to happen if you have an attorney represent you. I strongly advise you to hire an attorney. Good luck.
