Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

Reckless

My Drivers Lic is in IN. My speeding ticket is in IL. How does the point system affect me? How do I know if it is reckless driving or not? What constitues reckless driving and must that be written on the ticket. My citation is for IVC 625 ILCS 5/601 Speeding 87 in a 55. I need help.

This doesn't sound like a "reckless driving" charge to me, although many would count it as an egregious violation.

WHERE IS THE TICKET PENDING?? THAT IS, WHERE DO YOU HAVE TO APPEAR IN COURT?? WHAT COUNTY?
