Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
reckless driving
Hey , i am attending a court date for the end of this month on a speeding ticket. I was going 101 on a 55 and have had only one speeding ticket prior to this one. What will be my consequences and what should i do to avoid them?

Re: reckless driving
This is comically referred to as "felony" speeding at the courthouse. My advise: hire a lawyer. Judges, especially women judges, really get their shorts in a knot regarding this excessive speed, regardless of what you are driving.
