Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
robbery
On 12/15/03 I was parked in a bussiness parking lot and my van was broken into. window and door was broken and stero stolen. Company is saying they are not respondiable is this true? They have no signs saying park at your own risk.

1. Contact your insurance company and make a claim.
2. The factual situation that you describe will cost a ton of money to litigate. However, you are in the driver's seat on this one.
