Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
i am scheduled for traffic court trial by judge and i am prepared to represent myself. If i am judged against, i will accept it. my question is: How do i approach the judge, what do i say to him to give me three minutes to explain myself?

Hey, you are representing yourself! You obviously don't know what you are doing. So, you will lose because you chose not to hire an attorney. Personally, I'm not on this site to help people who choose to represent themselves in Court. Would you operate on yourself if you needed surgery? I wouldn't. I wouldn't even represent myself in Court. Good luck.
