Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois

hello Sir
it was only 5 month since i get my licence in il.i am 31 year old .my case is i got two tickets on the same day..i explain it here.it was early moring when i return from my job.i missed red signal but i was not aware of that..when cops are following me i confused and took long time(1 mile) to stop my car so they gave me another tickets of fleeing or attempting to elude police officer.they took me to the police station and take my photo-fingure point an told me to come in the court.i give my statemnt in whic i explain that as i don't know i mised red signal i was confused why police are following me...i confused are they really following me or they are following someone else..also it was my first incident that cops are behind me so i scared too...but when i realize that they actually follow me only i stoped...now tell me what will happen to my case..also i have another question will this count as one ticket or two and what if i get another ticket???
