Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
If someone gets a speeding ticket in an Illinois state park (ticket issued by Illinois DNR officer), how does it impact one's driving record? There is no option for supervision on the ticket - only guilty (pay) or contest through court.

Have an attorney go to court on your behalf. They may be able to get you supervision.

You need the assistance of an attorney. You could call the bar association in the county in which the ticket was issued. Permitted dispositions are the creation of state law. You could still get court supervision with the proper professional help.
