What can I do about a speeding ticket?

Today I recieve a BS speeding ticket and I don't know what to do! I am attempting to learn any and all tricks there are about tickets like one that I am familiar with is that if the officer does not sign and place his badge number on your ticket it is legaly void. I would like to know any other tips that I can find out and tell me where I can find where it says this so I can show it to them in person. I would love it if somebody helped me out here, thanx very much and respond soon.

The best trick is to get

a lawyer to represent you

in traffic court. Why do

it yourself, and run the

risk of jeopardizing your

rights, when you can hire

a good lawyer to work in

your best interest!?

Well, the two answers that come readily to mind are: (1) spend three years going to law school, or (2) hire a lawyer to represent you. Good Luck!
