Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Is there a statute of limitation on D.U.I. For a C.D.L.holder. I read that its to 18 months. Is this true or not.

All misdomeanor cases have a statute of limitations of 18 months. However, if you have already been charged, the statute of limitations does not apply.
