Suing for damages
My parked car was hit by a driver, who was hit by a driver, who had no insurance. I only have liability. Who do I sue and what is the process? Thank you- signed --name removed--and Out-of-Luck

You would make a claim for your damages aginst the insurance carrier for the driver whowse vehicle hit yor vehicle. If they do not offer you fair compensation, then you would sue that driver. His or her insurance compay will provide a defense, and probably bring in the other driver who actually caused the whole thing. You can then amend your suit to name that driver as well.
