Suspended DL

My DL is suspended since june 15th 2003 for one year and I have a restricted driving permit, but i was pulled over for obstruct of the road for standing on the opposite side of the road. This happened outside of my driving time privilege. I panicked because i didnt have my permits with me and I gave my sisters name to the officer. I was taken to the station and had to pay $100 bond and was issued two tickets and a court date under my sisters name. I told my family what happened because I panicked, but my sister thought that I got arrested and she called the police and made a report in her town. I understand that we both have to show at the court date given and the judge will decide, but what am I in for. Im 19 and dumb for doing what I did but I panicked thinking the worst would happen to me. I dont know why I lied and I cannot go to jail because I'm in school. Will my DL be suspended or revoked? Will I get probation or what is in for me?

You have a thorny problem, and you need professional representation. Can you advise me WHERE you have to go to court? You need a lawyer sooner than later. This is a most serious matter.
