Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
got a ticket on a atv
how much trouble am i going to get into by getting this ticket because im 15 and im afraid its going to be comsidered a moving violation and if its considered that then i wont get my license until im 18. but i dont have a criminal record and this is my first offense.

Hire a local attorney. Otherwise, you may not get a license until you are 21.
