Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
i got a ticket for driving with out a dl and a no insru. i got that in my home i was not driveing at all, i walk in my house and thier were to cops with a family member and they asked me if i was the one who had moved the car i told them no, then the cop told me that my cuzn had said i was the one and issued me 2 tickets. can they do that? and allso i missed court and have an a body att . looking to hire a lawyer
