Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I got a ticket in Illinois (following too close) that I was preparing to pay for traffic school and go on court supervision. Now I got a speeding ticket last night. (my first two tickets in years). What is my best course of action seeing as I know have these two tickets, one is due for payment and decision this week. I am a sales rep and need to drive for work and am nervous for my driving status and insurance.

It is very important that you handle both tickets in a skillful manner. Whenever you get a conviction for a traffic ticket, whether its a speeding ticket or otherwise, you receive points. Once you obtain a certain number of points, your license may be suspended.
I recommend you retain an attorney to guide you through traffic court and attempt to obtain supervision on both tickets or amend the charges, if possible.
