Re: Tickets
Hello. I would have to
question the motives of the
police officer in this situation. In my opinion,
this amounts to misconduct
on the part of the police
officer. I would report
him to your town's police
superintendent and I would
not meet him at the location
the next day. The proper
procedure is for the ticket
to be given the driver at
the time he or she is
stopped for the traffic
violation. I do not know
what the officer may have
in mind, but you have a
constitutional right to
remain silent. Also, hire
a lawyer to look into this
matter further, and don't show
up anywhere to meet this
officer without your lawyer.
