Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Tickets Here, but living out of State
I have three old tickets (`98,`00 and `01) in two different counties (Cook, Schamburg) in Illinois, and one ticket out of state (North Carolina). I have lived in Georgia for a number of years and would like to know if it is possible to contest the tickets while out of state. (I would not be able to take a whole week off work.) The tickets are simply: moving violations, parking and emissions. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

In a sense, you haven't told me a lot. The Third Muni Cook cases can be motioned up; but what are they for?? Obviously, I can't help on the NC tix.
