Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I currently have two tickets on my record, one from June of last year for disobeying a stop sign(the officer said I did a rolling stop) and another one from March of this year for following too closely. I recently got a letter saying that if I get another traffic violation within a twelve month period, I will either get my license suspended or revoked and I was wondering if there's anything I can do to get these removed from my record or is there anything else I can do. I would like to attend traffic school if this is an option and would this help in any way?

Some Courts will entertain a Motion to Set Aside a judgment (conviction) for good cause within a relatively short time of the conviction. You should consult with an attorney in the jurisdiction(s) where the convictions occurred if you are serious about trying to clear these things up. I will warn you that it will require substantial attorney's fees, and that there will be no guarantees. But, it may be worth a shot.
