Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Time period
I was in a car accident Jan.19, 2000. The Guy got the ticket at the time. When we went to court his ticket got throught out. The judge told us it was both our fault. for our insurance company yot take care of our own cars. Just the other day i got a letter from an lawyer. He is suing me for damagesthat happen 2 1/2 years ago. Can he do this?
