zero tolerance
can someone receive a zero tolerance citation and a DUI ticket at the same time

Re: zero tolerance
Yes. The officer can give a person under 21 a zero tolerance notice as well as a DUI. The person may be eligible for a statutory summary suspension as well, but there must be a choice between that and the zero tolerance.
