Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
traffic ticket
I received a ticket by mail recently from The city of chicago, Il. In 1992, according to then,I parked illegally in a disable parking area. I don't remember getting the ticket or received by mail one. Any statue of limitations after twelve years? Can I appeal?... Thanks....
