Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
Traffic ticket--Required court apperance
I live in CA and recieved a traffic ticket in Illinois for a scott's violation (not merging into a left lane when an officer is on the shoulder.) On the ticket the box is checked ''required court apperance.'' I do not want to go back to Ill. b/c of costs, what should i do? Ive called everywhere and get the run around.
