Legal Question in Traffic Law in Illinois
I have a traffic warrant for an unpaid ticket. I am flying somewhere, and need to get a state ID card to travel. The warrant is in the same state, different city/county. When I go to the DMV to get a state ID card, will I be arrested for the warrant - or will I get the ID card no problem?

Hard to say. The fix is to get the warrant recalled. In what state & County was the warrant issued? You need the help of an attorney to resolve this problem before you get picked up.
