By the time i came upon the dark train in the intersection it was to late and i crashed into at about 45mph. No major injuries but total loss of car. what do i do? Can i prove the crossing lights were not flashing? Can i sue? Please help!!

Re: train accident

There are ways to prove non-functioning railway warning signals. I would like to know where this collision occurred. I would also like to know the extent of the damages of your vehicle. Further, I would like to discuss this occurrence in my office, if you like. Regardless, you need the assistance of a lawyer, and you should see one "ASAP". Call me at (630)893-2494.
