can you get your vehicle back after a forfeiture the cas has been for over a year. My on was pulled over and they found heroin criminal cas has been over for a year

You have to timely request a hearing, and/or file an answer to the forfeiture proceeding. So it appears no, not likely, especially if the matter was over a year ago. However, do consult an attorney in your area and/or also check the civil forfeiture case records to see if the case is over.
