anuity income
My mother in law'a husband recently died and she has ecently received information that he had an anuity she was not aware of. Does any income she would withdraw from that anuity affect the amount of her monthly socialsecurity?

This is a question for your CPA or financial advisor. Among other things it may affect the taxable portion of the social security. But the question is not really in this "Probate" category. Try the list that related to taxation or financial planning.
