Attroney's fees for estate
If the judge does not approve all of the attorneys fees for the estate. Can the administrator
be held personally responsible?

If there is a formal probate estate that is being administered by the court and not all the fees are approvedby the court, you are NOT personally liable for the unapproved amount.

1. if you paid the fees and they're not approved, you're responsible for the shortfall.
2. Beyond that, it's a matter between you and the attorney. The judge might have said the fees were unreasonable for the work done, which could give you a defense. He might have said the fees were involved in serving *you* individually and not the estate in which case the attorney might have a case against you.
