What if one of the beneficiaries of an estate is not responding to the attempts of the executor or estate's attorney to communicate with the beneficiary regarding the beneficiary's share of the estate?
What happens to the beneficiary's share of the estate if his wishes cannot be determined?

Executor can petition the court to have the uncooperative beneficiary's share deposited with the county treasurer.
