Beneficiary
I am single female, no children, with 11 brothers & sisters. I have a $200,000 life insurance policy in which I have only one brother down as 100% beneficiary. If, god forbid, both of us should die, would the payout go to his wife or does it get distributed to all siblings?

I assume you mean if you would happen to predecease him. Depends on his will, if he has one. Otherwise it would likely go to his spouse and children, since it would be part of his estate then.
